| General |
Bali Preferred Villas is an online
villa and resort hotel reservation service and a copyrighted property of CV.
Bali Trip. None of the content or data found on this site may be
reproduced, sold, transferred or modified at any media without
written permission of CV. Bali Trip.
CV. Bali Trip is fully responsible for the security of customer's identity and reservation data transferred
via Internet. All reservation and inquiry details are encrypted and transmitted over a secure
(SSL) connection.

| Online
Reservation |
Reservations or info request can
be made through Bali Preferred Villas Reservation Form and
should be filled out completely. Correct e-mail address is the
most required when making reservation.
Your booking details
will be processed right away and will be replied at the
shortest possible time. Reservation will be handled according
to room availability of the villa/hotel. However, it is
recommended to make reservations 30 (thirty) days in advance.
Please note that some villas/hotels on certain occasions in
order to hold the reservation, recommending that reservation
is made 20 - 60 days in advance. If the room at your selected
villa/hotel is not available at the time, an alternative
accommodation with similar features will be suggested to you. |
| Rates & Validity |
Rates of villa/hotel described in this
website are
quoted in US Dollars and as a daily rates. Rates are for 2006 -2007 and are
occasionally, if rarely, subject to changes without prior notice. All transactions will be converted into
Indonesia (ID) Rupiah and the exchange
rates are based on the time of transaction. Before
making reservations, please familiarize yourself with the items included with the
villa/hotel of your choice. |
| Payment
Procedures |
Payment is made directly to the
villa/hotel chosen at time of check-out except some villas/hotels are requiring
payment in Full Prepayment or Deposit at time of confirmed booking. A
Full Prepayment and/or Deposit to be made only by credit card. CV. Bali Trip accepts
only Visa and MasterCard with 3% bank administration surcharge. All payments made through credit
card will be collected by Kunang Kunang Paradise Bali Tours. |
| Deposits |
Deposits (if any) are made payable directly to the
hotel and collection is made through us. If deposit is required, it will be
listed on the relevant villa/hotel's web page. |
| Reservation
Guarantee |
To secure a confirmed reservation, a
reservation guarantee by sending credit card details plus copy of
passport is required. Once a reservation request is confirmed, we
e-mail the URL of a credit card details form (http://www.bali-preferredvillas/forms/ccdetails.html),
and we ask clients to fax it to us as a reservation guarantee. It is
guaranteed that both CV. Bali Trip and villa/hotel chosen will not debit
your credit card unless cancellation as stated in this terms &
conditions is occur. |
| Cancellations |
The value of 1 (one) night
accommodation will be charged to your credit card if confirmed
reservation is cancelled within 14 (fourteen) days in Normal/Low Season
and 3 (three) weeks in High/Peak Season prior to arrival. To avoid disappointment,
please read carefully cancellation info on the relevant villa/hotel's page.
To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, such as
illness, strikes, last minute cancellations, Acts of God and more; we
recommend those guests purchase trip cancellation insurance to insure
refund of deposits paid. |
| Change of
Booking |
CV. Bali Trip will not charge
for any change of booking after a confirmation has been
issued. However, acceptance of any changes are subject to room
availability and approval by both CV. Bali Trip and the
villa/hotel. |
| General
Liability |
CV. Bali Trip acts only as agent for the
villas, hotels or their
assigns for all accommodations listed. Under no circumstance shall CV. Bali
Trip be responsible for any personal loss by individuals
renting the accommodations represented by CV. Bali Trip. Expenses,
claims, or injury, direct or indirect, caused or incurred before, during
or after the party's stay in the accommodations represented by CV. Bali Trip including attorney's fees.
CV. Bali Trip will not be held liable under any circumstances, including
substitutions, to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or
services as described in these "Terms & Conditions". CV.
Bali
Trip will not be
held liable and will be otherwise rendered harmless for any events arising
in law as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or
change(s) in the provision of accommodations or services provided by
CV.
Bali Trip for reasons of military action, revolutions and Acts of
God or by any agents, employees, sub contractors, servants or third
parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein. ***End of Terms
